As a food, delivery driver… This is a poorly set up situation. I stood in line for 10 minutes to be told to go to the other trailer, even though it was described as the white trailer on the website… PS the other trailer had no line either… They could have told me that upfront, but every customer gave me a nasty look when I tried to approach the window.
I saw them on Instagram and I came with my husband. My husband loves but loves Arroz Chino Venezolano. This rice and the patacon transport us to our original country it was like we took a bus from Houston to Venezuela. The vibes and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Also as a Latin culture very clean space. Congratulations, we will see you soon.
I usually don’t write reviews and am usually not picky at all. I ordered cachapas and beef empanadas. I’ve had cachapas before and although the food looked promising, the cheese tasted bitter or expired. I ate as much of the corn as I could but it also did not taste fresh. Maybe yesterday’s batch? A lady attending the next customer seemed to have attitude problems. Customer was missing an item and was told “with 100% unwarranted attitude” it was not something she requested. A different worker had to interject to offer a solution to make her missing item and paying for it. Customer agreed. But why couldn’t the female worker offer that in the first place without all the attitude?
